Dana has been a force in the real estate industry for nearly a decade, and founded the Wayhome Team at Century 21 Bradley in 2018. Leading a team of 13 exceptional real estate agents and a dedicated operations manager, Dana's entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional leadership have propelled the team to become one of the top producers in the area. As a lifelong Fort Wayne resident, she has cultivated strong bonds within the community, which have been the cornerstone of her successful career. Her dedication and immense knowledge of the local market have consistently placed her among UPSTAR's top 25 realtors for three consecutive years. Known for her work ethic and transparency, Dana's ethical standards have become the gold standard in the industry. With her expertise, she takes charge of sales, client relations, marketing, and community outreach for our Olive + Oak team.

With over 27 years of experience in this field, custom home building is not just a job for Sarah, it's part of her DNA. It runs in her blood, passed down through the generations from her grandfather, Delbert Delagrange. Delbert founded a home building company over 60 years ago, which still stands strong today. Sarah has dedicated over half of her life to working in various roles within the business, gaining unparalleled knowledge and expertise along the way. Through business operations and sales at Olive + Oak, Sarah pays homage to Delbert's pioneering spirit by upholding the family legacy of excellence and pride in home building, ensuring that each custom home is a testament to the values and craftsmanship that have been cherished for decades.
Erica Stoebick
Co-Founder + Lead Designer
Erica brings an extensive wealth of knowledge to her role at Olive + Oak Custom Homes with over 3 years of experience as a co-owner of her own design business, Hygge Line Design. Erica has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of turning her numerous homeowners' dreams into reality. Her ability to understand and empathize with each client's unique needs and desired functions is the cornerstone of her design process. By fostering trust and confidence in her relationships with homeowners, Erica ensures that every custom build and spec home she designs is a true reflection of the client's vision and personality. In addition to her design responsibilities, Erica also lends her expertise to the day-to-day operations of Olive + Oak.
Jay Gremaux

Jay has nearly 5 years experience in the home construction industry as a draftsman and day-to-day operations. At Olive + Oak, Jay's multifaceted role encompasses designing floor plans and elevations, business operations, and serving as our dedicated construction superintendent. Jay's passion for his craft extends beyond his daily responsibilities as he diligently keeps up with the latest trends, innovative products, and cutting-edge techniques. Jay enjoys collaborating with team members to provide the best possible function and design for our homeowners.
