Let’s break ground and get to building this beauty! Once financing is approved and the lot is prepped and surveyed, the build of the home itself will [generally] take around nine months or so. Our trusted sub-contractors begin working on the home, and we provide continuous and consistent updates for you through our Buildertrend software. You’ll continue to work closely with our designer during this phase to finalize all selections, make any last minute tweaks, address any issues that may arise, and watch the vision come to life.

We made it through the build! Time to walkthrough together so we can address any final items, answer any and all questions, and discuss our warranty information. Once all finish work is complete and exceeds expectation, its time for occupancy! We’ll see you in a year from now so we can address any warranty related issues that occurred during your first year.
